Garland Alliance with nation wide work provides an unparalleled approach to the creative design process that aligns our Alliance to our clients comprehensive needs, budget and style. We provide our clients with broad planning and detailed design services ranging from conceptual sketches to construction drawings and specicifications— necessary for bidding, construction management-to maintain the integrity of the client's vision, and long-term stewardships services. These will be general guidelines to hands on activities by our Alliance members. We do this to insure your investment brings long-term return to your property and your commitment to the environment. We always consider LEED guidelines when appropriate.

Grant Park Plaza

Redevelopment of marginal retail center located in South Milwaukee. Designed and managed all aspects of landscape work. Abundance of perennials and grasses in this tough urban environment. Irrigation system integrated. Naturalized area in back by designated wetland area.

Standard Process-Dubois

Design and development of outdoor mixed use employee area. Difficult site due to exposure, therefore arbors were designed to contain outdoor space and provide privacy along with creating an extension of the dominant building architecture. Internal space was broken up into three distinct spaces to allow for small group dynamics, yet allow for large scale company functions. Entire area is embraced by gardens.
